At 2:27 pm McCool Volunteers and Attala Fire Central Station responded to a report of a brush fire on Attala Road 2114.
At 3:12 pm Kosciusko Police and City Fire responded to the Justice Court on highway 12 west for a report of a grass fire. The caller said a transformer had blown causing the fire.
