At 8:06 pm Kosciusko Police and City Fire were dispatched as a possible house fire at 218 Maple Street.
When emergency personnel arrived on scene they reported that there were items on fire under the carport. Firefighters quickly had the fire extinguished.
According to emergency personnel on the scene only the items were on fire and the blaze did not spread to the structure itself. There was no damage reported to the home.
No one was at home at the time of the call and there is no word on the cause of the fire.
The Kosciusko Fire Department will be in charge of the investigation.
All Fire personnel cleared the scene at 8:52 pm.
