Ben Hudson has been appointed as the new City Prosecutor for the City of Kosciusko.
The move comes after former City Prosecutor Doug Crosby was appointed a chancery judge by Gov. Tate Reeves.
Aldermen approved the appointment in a special personnel session following Tuesday night’s meeting.
