The Kosciusko Whippets hosted the Wildcats of Calhoun City in the first broadcast, and first home game, of the 2025 Region 4-4A baseball season. But with a couple away games, the home team is already 1-1.
The Whippets scored first with a run in the bottom of the third. They add six runs in the fourth, 7-0 after four innings. Whippets win 10-0 after five, by mercy rule.
Bailey Powers was named the Player of the Game.
