The Kosciusko Whippets football team traveled to Louisville to face the Wildcats for the north state championship. It is a rematch of the ONLY game Kosciusko has lost all season!
After a scoreless first quarter, a last-minute field goal left the half-time score 3-0, Whippets.
The Wildcats scored a touchdown early in the third quarter, 7-3. With a Kosciusko touchdown, the third quarter ended 10-3. Kosciusko finished the fourth quarter, winning the north state championship and going to the state final for the first time since 1996!
Rowdy Rone was named the Autumn Ridge Player of the Game. Now, that’s something to smile about!
