The Kosciusko Board of Aldermen has appointed Mrs. Veronica Brooks to serve on the Kosciusko School District Board of Trustees.
The decision came following interviews held in an executive session Monday, Dec. 8.
Brooks will fill the vacancy left by Ozell Landfair. Her term is set to run through December 31, 2030.
Mayor Tim Kyle announced the appointment via email, noting that the Board voted on the decision immediately after the executive session.
