The Kosciusko School District has announced it is closely monitoring weather conditions ahead of the Kosciusko High School 129th Commencement Ceremony, scheduled for Friday, May 22 at 7:30 p.m. at Landrum Field.
District administrators said a final decision regarding whether the ceremony will proceed as planned will be made early Friday evening. Any updates or changes will be communicated through official Kosciusko School District channels.
Officials are encouraging families and attendees to stay alert for announcements as the forecast develops.
In preparation for the event, the district also issued several reminders for those attending the ceremony at Kosciusko High School. A clear bag policy will be strictly enforced at the stadium, and balloons will not be permitted inside the venue.

The commencement ceremony remains scheduled for now, pending weather-related decisions later in the week.
