The Kosciusko Whippets traveled to Ecru tonight to play game two of the series with the North Pontotoc Vikings in the semi-finals of the North State playoffs. The Vikings won the first game in Kosciusko last night making tonight a must win game for the Whippets. Kosciusko scored 1 run in the top of the first inning which proved to be the only scoring in the game until the top of the 7th inning when the Whippets scored two additional runs to take a 3-0 win over the Vikings and return the series to Kosciusko tomorrow night for the deciding game three.
