An Attala County Deputy performed a traffic stop on a Lexington firefighter Wednesday afternoon that yielded a large amount of marijuana.
The vehicle was pulled over by a deputy on Hwy 12 near the McAdams area. The Attala County Sheriff’s Office says 100+ grams of marijuana was seized from the vehicle.
The identity of the firefighter is not being released at this time.
