Young cheerleaders in the community will soon have the chance to learn from the pros as the Little Whippet Cheer Camp returns later this spring.
The camp will be held Thursday, May 28, from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m., and Friday, May 29, from 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m.
Registration forms and fees are due by May 1 in order for participants to receive an official cheer camp T-shirt.
The camp is open to children ages 3 years through 5th grade, and participants do not have to attend Kosciusko schools to join in the fun and experience cheering with the Kosciusko High School cheerleaders.
A parent showcase will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, giving families the opportunity to see what campers have learned.
In addition, Little Whippet cheerleaders will have the opportunity to cheer alongside the Kosciusko High School Cheerleaders during the first home football game of the season, including a special pregame performance.
