Students at Long Creek Elementary recently brought home an award from an inaugural robotics competition.
Mrs. Mayo’s 4th – 6th grade gifted class at participated in the First Lego League Robotics Qualifier at Meadowbrook Baptist Church in Jackson.
The team “Soaring Eagles” brought back the Judges’ Award.
The Judges’ Award goes to teams whose unique efforts, performance, or dynamics merit recognition.
