McAdams High School will serve as the host site for the Region 5-1A District Basketball Tournament, which gets underway Monday, Feb. 9, bringing several days of postseason action to Bulldog Country.

Girls Bracket
The McAdams Lady Bulldogs enter the tournament as the No. 1 seed and will open play Monday, February 10, at 4 p.m., facing the winner of the No. 4 Noxapater vs. No. 5 Leake County matchup.
A win would send McAdams to the girls championship game Friday, Feb. 13, at 7 p.m.
Boys Bracket
The McAdams Bulldogs are the No. 2 seed and will tip off tournament play Tuesday, Feb. 10, at 8:30 p.m. against No. 3 Ethel.
Should McAdams advance, they will play in the boys championship game Friday, Feb. 13, at 8:30 p.m.

Girls Bracket
The Ethel Lady Tigers, seeded No. 6, will open tournament play Monday, Feb. 9, at 4 p.m. against No. 3 Nanih Waiya.
A victory would advance Ethel to a semifinal matchup Tuesday, Feb. 10, at 7 p.m. against No. 2 Sebastopol.
Boys Bracket
The Ethel Tigers, the No. 3 seed, will face No. 2 McAdams in a highly anticipated quarterfinal matchup Monday, Feb. 10, at 8:30 p.m.
Tournament Notes
Championship games for both the girls and boys brackets are scheduled for Friday, Feb. 13, with the girls final tipping off at 7 p.m. and the boys championship at 8:30 p.m.
Consolation games will also be played Thursday, beginning at 4 p.m. for girls and 5:30 p.m. for boys.
Admission for the tournament is $10 per day, and all games will be played at McAdams High School.
