The town of McCool will celebrate the nation’s 250th anniversary with a community-wide Independence Day event on Saturday, July 4, 2026.
The “250 Years of America” celebration will feature an evening of food, vendors, live music, and fireworks, bringing residents together for a traditional small-town Fourth of July gathering.
Vendors are scheduled to set up from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., offering food and shopping opportunities throughout the evening. The Firehouse Plates menu will include hamburgers, pulled pork sandwiches, pulled pork nachos, and fries.
The celebration will conclude after dark with a fireworks show sponsored by Modern Woodmen of America.
Organizers encourage attendees to bring lawn chairs and enjoy a patriotic atmosphere filled with red, white, and blue décor as McCool marks this historic milestone in American history.
