A vehicle was reportedly rear-ended on Hwy 12 E near Attala Hardwoods Monday just after noon. Attala deputies, Attala firefighters, and MS Hwy Patrol were dispatched to the scene. One person complained of shoulder pain and was taken to the hospital by personal vehicle for evaluation.
At 1:09 p.m., deputies, firefighters, and EMS were alerted to an ATV crash on Kings Road in Ethel. EMS was canceled when it was discovered that the ATV rider had gone to the emergency room by personal vehicle. According to authorities, the individual suffered road rash but did not have any life-threatening injuries.
Around 4:45 p.m. MHP, EMS, Attala County Fire Department, and Attala deputies responded to a one-vehicle rollover crash on Hwy 35 South near King Road. The vehicle came to a rest in an upright position. No injuries were reported.
