We just found this tucked away in cabinet here at the radio station.
It commemorates the 1996 football team that won the 4A-North State Championship.
The Whippets defeated their arch-rival Louisville Wildcats 19-14 in that game.
This fall will mark the 25th anniversary of that 4A North State Championship team.
