A downed power line has knocked out traffic lights on Hwy 12.
Kosciusko Police urge the public to use caution and treat all intersections as 4-way stops until power is restored.
It appears that a transformer behind the buildings at Parkway Plaza blew causing the downed line. The line caused a grass fire.
Kosciusko Fire Department was called to the scene to extinguish the flames.
The power company is working now to restore electricity.
