A green 2019 Volkswagen Jetta reported stolen out of the state of Kansas was recovered Thursday, May 7, in the parking lot of Walmart in Kosciusko.
Kosciusko Police located the vehicle and identified two men who had been traveling in it, Chorion Smith and Marcus Roberts.
Chorion Smith, 29 of Jackson, was charged with possession of a weapon by convicted felon and possession of stolen property with a total bond of $150k.
Marus Roberts, 44 of Lexington, was charged with possession of a weapon by convicted felon with a bond of $100k.
