The Kosciusko Lady Whippets are the champions of Region 4-4A.
The team finished region play undefeated Tuesday night with a pair of 15-0 wins over Noxubee County.
This is the sixth year in a row the Whippets have won or shared the Region 4-4A Championship.
Winning the region championship gives the team a bye in the first round of the MHSAA Softball Playoffs.
The Whippets will begin postseason play on Tuesday, April 24.
Game times and opponents are TBD.
