McCOOL, Miss.–A tree was reported on a power line Saturday afternoon in McCool.
The line and tree were reported smoking.
That call came in at 5:48 p.m.
Once firefighters arrived they reported back that Entergy needed to be called to help rectify the situation. There was no fire, but they did confirm that the line was sparking and smoking and needed attention.
Firefighters returned to the station at 6:60 p.m.
