KOSCIUSKO, Miss.–Both Kosciusko Police and Attala County deputies were involved in a chase Saturday night after a police officer got behind a Dodge truck that wouldn’t stop.
That began about 9 p.m. on Fairground St., went up East Jefferson and out of town on Hwy. 12.
The truck got up top speeds of more than 100 mph, went up Hwy. 35 and eventually ended up in Holmes County at West.
The officer that was initially chasing the truck had a fuel issue and had to stop chasing. Deputies stopped chasing, as well. It was unclear if the person driving the truck was ever caught.
