Emergency crews responded to a one-vehicle crash with fire and reported explosions on Attala Rd. 5047 just after 8:30 p.m.
Reportedly, one vehicle left the roadway in a curve and crashed into a wooded area, where it caught fire. The driver was able to exit the vehicle safely.
Bystanders reported hearing explosions, which were later determined to be tires bursting during the fire.
EMS, Attala County Fire Department, and Attala County deputies responded. No major injuries were reported.
