Jury selection is still underway in the murder trial of former Attala County Superintendent Bryan Weaver.
Trial proceedings began Monday, August 31, and is scheduled to continue through Friday, September 4.
Weaver is charged with first-degree murder in connection with the August 2023 shooting death of his wife, Tracy Weaver.
As of Monday at 2 p.m., a jury has not been seated and the selection process continues.
