The Kosciusko School District has announced new leadership for the Kosciusko High School softball program, introducing two new coaches who will guide the Whippets moving forward.
Ryan Maxwell has been named the new head softball coach, while Katie Lawrence, a KHS softball alumna, will join the program as assistant softball coach.
In a social media post, the district shared its excitement about the hires and the future of the program, noting the impact both coaches are expected to have on student-athletes and the broader community.
“We are excited for the future of our program and can’t wait to see the impact they will have on our student-athletes and community,” the post read. “Welcome to the Whippet Family, Coach Maxwell and Coach Lawrence!”
